This session will focus on ways to engage all students, teachers, and administrators in promoting a culture of violence prevention through the engagement of bystanders, particularly with bullying and harassment. Engaging bystanders has been a proven method of prevention and this workshop will provide a background on bystander intervention and ways to implement it. In addition, participants will walk away with tips on how to intervene after bullying or harassment has already occurred.
